Crew Management IS PT PELNI (Persero)
PELNI's internal crew-management system, built end to end during a MAGENTA BUMN internship — moving roughly 5,000 crew records out of spreadsheets and into one workflow.
Overview
1. PELNI's Pengawakan division ran its crew data on spreadsheets. Thousands of records, mutations and sertijab handovers tracked by hand, and every lookup a manual search through files that lived in different places.
2. I built the replacement end to end: requirements analysis with the division's stakeholders, then the database schema and application architecture from scratch, authentication, role-based permissions, and search and filtering across assignment history.
3. About 5,000 crew records moved from scattered spreadsheets into a single centralised workflow, handed over to the staff who use it daily.
